Dr. Yasaman Etemad graduated from Griffith University, Gold Coast, with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and a Master of Dentistry with Distinction. Throughout her studies, she was awarded the Prize for Academic Excellence each year in recognition of her outstanding academic performance. She relocated to New Zealand two years ago, where she has since been practising as a general dentist. Prior to moving to Auckland, Yasaman worked as a general dentist and clinical supervisor at Griffith University for 3 years.

Yasaman is a friendly, caring, and gentle dentist who prides herself on making patients feel comfortable and at ease. Her calm, empathetic approach helps create a positive dental experience, particularly for patients who may feel anxious or nervous about dental treatment. She is a genuine listener who takes the time to understand her patients’ concerns and values open, clear communication.

Yasaman is committed to all aspects of General Dentistry, with a strong passion for preventive care and a particular interest in Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and continually expanding her clinical skills through ongoing professional development.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys baking, travelling and hiking.
